HOW TO USE
Always use on clean skin, after showering or cleansing with Dermal Compensator and apply Shantala Oil to all areas to be treated, massage the body gently, using upward movements.
- To enhance the lymphatic drainage function use CH Detox Fluids until completely absorbed, apply Kapha Elixir and massage in.
- Drink plenty of natural water on the days of and after the massage.
- Recommended application of Shantala Oil.
Slight soreness may be present after the first applications.
